Chat with Boomer

Have a question about getting started with AI? Don’t scroll through fifty articles hoping one fits. Just ask the dog.

Boomer now answers questions directly — grounded in his own notebooks, the same material behind the lessons on this site. Ask him anything about chatbots, prompting, SCOPE, or getting started, and he answers only from his notebooks and shows you exactly which source each answer came from.

Free to use. It opens on Google’s NotebookLM — you’ll need a free Google account (a Gmail address counts). If that’s new territory, Lesson 1 of the series walks you through exactly this kind of signup.

The honest part (read this once)

Boomer answers only from his notebooks and shows his sources. He’s very good — but you are still the QC. The citations tell you where to check, not that it’s right. No AI — not even a royal one — is beyond double-checking. That’s not fine print; that’s Lesson 6 of this whole website.

What Boomer won’t answer — and why

Ask Boomer about medication rules, visa requirements, legal questions, or financial decisions and he’ll politely decline and point you to the real authority — the embassy, the customs office, your pharmacist, a licensed professional. Not because he’s being difficult (well, not only because), but because those answers change, the stakes are real, and a chat with a dog — however aristocratic — is not where they should come from. Primary sources for the important stuff. Always.
