Right, hello. Boomer here — your instructor. This is a working course for real estate agents who know nothing about AI and would like their evenings back. You are one of its first testers, which means two things: the lessons are real, and your complaints are wanted.

2. Course 1: Your First Week — seven days, twenty minutes each, free Claude is enough.
3. Course 0: Setting Up Shop — ninety minutes, once. Needs Claude Pro and a computer.
4. Course 2: Grow Your AI Company — eight lessons. The staff gets hired.

How to talk back
Every lesson ends with a gold box holding four questions and a comment section. Answer there — bluntly. The comments go straight to the AI that builds these lessons, so nothing you say gets lost in translation, and the course gets fixed where YOU got stuck.
